Introduction

Hi,

I´m new here, fleeing the tumblrpocalypse. I´m really not good at long form posting, so I think I´ll just outline what I´m likely to post here. If you know of any communities for any of those things please point me towards them, I´d appreciate it.

Fashion, especially Goth and Lolita. Mostly outfit posts, I intend to the the traditional Lolita wardrobe post in January. Also expect a lot of DIY here. I haven´t sewn an entire garment from scratch in a long time, but I am altering some stuff and slowly making friends with my sewing machine.

Art, Mostly traditional drawings in ink but some sketches and painting might slip in, as well as the occasional bit of sculpting.

Fandom and cosplay, currently mostly Transformers, but Homestuck and Girl Genius are also some i love. I´ve been watching a lot of Star VS The Forces Oof Evil recently, and am working on a Grimdark Rose cosplay in between working on Christmas gifts.

Also whatever is running through my mind recently. Lots of that.

I am new to lolita and, like you, trying to find some communities for that which are either currently functional or can be breathed life back into. Do you have any preferences or ideas on how to accomplish that? Should I check back in when I have more of a consensus or would you like to help lead the charge and contact folks on the EGL tag?
